You could use it there were some sort of monetary issue at stake but since there isn't then you can't and I'd wager any rational jury you find zero fault, but you can say what you want.
Since you're having a failure of imagination and/or metaphors here, let me simplify for you, lawyer buddy.

contributory negligence

n. a doctrine of common law that if a person was injured in part due to his/her own negligence (his/her negligence "contributed" to the accident), the injured party would not be entitled to collect any damages (money) from another party who supposedly caused the accident. Under this rule, a badly injured person who was only slightly negligent could not win in court against a very negligent defendant...
In other words, Namyjamo trained you. This was wrong. However, you stood there like an idiot instead of running or gating. This was also wrong. By failing to take appropriate action, you were negligent in contributing to the accident.

... If Joe Tosspot was driving drunk and speeding, and Angela Comfort was going 25 m.p.h. but six inches over the center-line, most likely Angela would be precluded from any recovery (receiving any money for injuries or damages) from a car crash... in the past few decades, most states have adopted a comparative negligence test in which the relative percentages of negligence by each person are used to determine damage recovery (how much money would be paid to the injured person).
Namyjamo did everything he could to help you avoid his "accident", despite being the initial cause thereof. And you did everything you could to run headlong into it and die anyway.

Since you're fighting for internet points instead of money. I hereby award you 0 internet points of a possible 100.

I hope my very highly educated legal opinion has helped you to understand why you are terrible.

That's why I'd never have you on my jury. Thanks for playing

I'm sorry, but as a lawyer, you should know that defendants don't get to pick their own juries. You lose again.

But what if you're in a state that has comparative negligence?

You're right, this could change EVERYTHING. Now we need to decide which jurisdiction we're in. Is it where OP is located? Namyjamo Or the state in which P99 servers are located?

hey guys just taking a break at work- what's goin--

holy shit

Time for a play by play analysis of Trained by Namyjamo and Meech just can't wait to see it

- OP posts a video showing himself dying to an easily avoidable situation
- OP aggressively claims he "knows what he is doing" and he is so "good at the game"
- Most posters point out train's unintentional nature, perhaps better communication or casting a single spell called GATE could have helped
- OP makes a bad analogy, brags about his Law Degree while still making bad analogy
- OP brags about not actually using his law Degree, tells us his work history
- plays EQ and posts 130 times during work hours (yikes)
- belittles people for not having law degrees
- still can't accept the fact that trains happen in non-instanced environments, claims he would rather die and then petition his trainer than simply avoid the train
- OP begins ad hominem attacks, accusing people of having down's syndrome, etc.

I am officially nominating this thread as one of the best backfire threads of 2017.

Op ur kind of a douche bag. Namyjamo is obviously a server good guy who takes time to buff noobs and tries to fix his mistakes. I am sure that this thread is giving him a good degree of fame in the p99 community. If i happen to log on at any point during the next two months, I'll definitely send dear Namy ye olde smiley face.

enjoying OP's melt down

Here's some pointers to keep ur thread going:

* Bring up the topic of law school debt and why playing EQ at non-law practicing job is good.

* use as many ad hominem attacks as u feel necessary.

"Hahahahaha" is also encouraged so we know how much you're laughing, and not mad.

*Like triple posting? WHy not try our new product, Quadruple Posting! This proves you are not mad and actually cool and normal

I'll check back in a couple hours
