I'd throw a caravan on it; nice little kitchen and other welfare facilities for visits.
Last summer we bought an old van in England for about 1k and pulled it to Greece to keep on an island plot. The best part is if we want to get rid of it, it is worth about 4 times as much there!
We make the drive every 10 months or so, taking a different route and time of year each time. I highly recommend driving through Europe, it's hard to go wrong! This year we went through the Swiss Alps in Autumn. Spectacular foliage!
Glad to see Lulz is working so hard, and taking time to enjoy the world too. Work/life balance can be hard to strike right. That GF is a lucky one. Don't forget christmas is coming soon, buy the gal some jimjams; no one should be sleeping naked in the winter, even with modern heating!
