I'd say it could also be a white dude in tight pants and ironic vintage footwear. And they're definitely college students and not just "college age", but you're still basically right.

Gonna have to agree with Caiu on this.

The fact it was not found unsuitable by you Shrubwise shines a light on how different people can view different words or phrases though.
