Any Warrior in end game velious gear is going to be over the AC soft cap already. I'm sitting in a few pieces of HoT gear on my pally and I'm just under the cap.

Of course, that assumes p99 uses the same values as classic, which is probably not a great assumption.

10 AC is garbage. Yes everyone is over Soft Cap AC with Velious raid gear. You still get like 20% returns on overcap AC as a warrior if coded correctly. Making it more valuable than raw HP generally.

KoiDoken Orb is definitely BiS. 45 AC in that slot is pretty absurd. Vyemm Eye is a nice middle ground with 20 AC and 75 HP though.

Gotta reduce them DI rolls pals. Your piles of HP don't count for shit when you're eating 80% top DI rolls on Tunare and AoW. Get you some real AC items.
