I assume you playing a ranger to come up with this stupid shit wts to see what people offer without selling. Because that's what rangers do.

Does the effect on this staff stack with shammy/druid regen line?

It's a sick, game-changing staff for a necro. I'd never personally drop 400k on it, or anything close, but there's no debating the awesomeness of the item.
