coins do not represent currencies they represent businesses.

there are only about 50 good coins out of the 2000 that exist.

they are all different with different purposes.

think how all companies have their own card. QFC card, home depot card, walmart card, food lion card, loes card.

its the same concept just converting to blockchain technology.

You are confusing these new start ups with companies that already exist. If a company wanted to make this transition you are referring to the stock owners would technically own the new coin they converted to if this very unlikely scenario ever played out.

If the cost of electricity outweighs the use and cost of bitcoin, the remaining bitcoin is going to devalue. Bitcoin has the stability of a 3rd world country only it doesn't have any allies and in fact has the major institutions it needs to survive turning on it.
