You can bind outside of the outpost against the outpost wall you just have to make sure your back is against the outpost wall. Best way I can explain it is between the gap in the wall where one cliff golem roams and the zone wall that Skyfire zone is on.
The only roaming mob you should ever have to worry about in that spot is 1 sarnak. Don't bind inside of the outpost, even with Harmony it's just unnecessary risk especially since people are constantly training the outpost mobs from hammer hill to skyfire.
Most people know the spot I'm talking about, if you ask in ooc for a bind I'm sure someone will show you.
