The reason for this is that alts of awakened and aftermath are wearing no-drop
34, 40 and 41% haste items off dragons and don't need to gear our their 4 and 5th characters with CoF, the pace of new haste items dropping is greater than the rate people are leveling new alts

CoF is just a twink item until your characters is like 46+ / cov factioned

I would say you're the one that's incredibly invested in proving COS is worth more than it was a month ago. That's the second post I've made about COS in my entire time posting on p99 forums, how many posts have you made about how fast the price is going up since that thread?
