post the logs of this happening. logs easily show KD has been killed consistently with less than 12.

I think what you fail to understand is : Although Eq is now 29 years old and you are still religiously playing it on a daily basis ... KD and mobs like him were initially intended to be raid targets.

Also, where in the rules does it state that a raid target is a target that requires 12 people to kill it? The rule that was recently written (whether me or you agree on the new rule, it is a new rule) is that a raid is considered 12 people or more. Not that a raid target is a target that requires 12 people to kill it.

that's the decision that was made when they put these rules into place. where does it say what a raid target is period? All it defines is what a raid force is. Inconsistent is inconsistent.

KD was always a less target and the logic that because it gives a yellow FTE message on blue server, which people on red would only know if they play blue, is idiotic.
