I think it's funny that the report omits that Greenberg was an FBI informant on page 69.

Mueller likely decided that it was up to Congress to pursue impeachment if it found sufficient grounds in his findings. Again, I'll spell it out for you. There are dozens of sealed indictments. Just because there will be no "further" indictments from the SCO does not mean it has concluded its work. The report shows dozens of redactions due to ongoing matters. It appears that Jr. IS INDICTED. Impeachment proceedings will take care of the rest, don't you worry.

Mueller specifically said he doesn't recommend indictments for collusion.

Why would he say that if he was leaving it to Congress?
