People don't have opinions on most political topics because they lack the data necessary to form them. Instead of doing the difficult work of learning enough about the topic to compare options and have an opinion, they just listen to an opinion from someone else they trust and make it their own.

In this manner the opinions people have are assigned to them the media, hence media enhanced retardation. You can tell when this happens because they won't be able to tell why they have the opinion they do, and will pretend contradictory data and other opinions don't exist.

This is my new favorite phrase to describe the phenomenon, ty.

It doesn't matter if he wasn't totally exonerated. Prosecution is supposed to find someone guilty of something, not innocent.

If you can't find guilt, then the person is assumed innocent.

Proving a negative is near impossible.

Not sure why so many people get hung up on that fact.
