If I'm not mistaken (unless some new hack has been added), it's a file change that makes skeleton illusion model appear as default Human model so name plates show up. Was originated from <Azrael> scummers to combat losing to <Holocaust>. Didn't help much they still got stomped into the pavement of KC.
