updated info : when i crash zoning i cannot seem to log that character back in until i log into a new char in a different zone, camp, then log back into the first char that crashed. Seems like it might possibly be some sort of zone caching issue?

wtb fix this is really bad now, crash 50% of the time when i zone, and can spend up to 30+mins trying to get back on that char repeatedly crashing at char select after entering world
damn near unplayable unless i stay in 1 zone for hours

Hmm. you crashed when logging on? Not zoning/camping? Was this a freshly opened client? If not, a little tip, a freshly opened client will always work -- or its never failed me but ive had tons of crashes logging in with an old client I previously logged in with.

nope still crashing while zoning. even brand new clients. Again this just started recently. The game was virtually flawless while zoning since green launched. I've seen many people posting similar crash occurrences. Something has changed in the last month or so.

Hi, I might be having some problem too. I noticed it earlier, in March, and I just started up again. I can zone a few times, fast clean load with no problem, then it'll just crash during a zone (usually it doesn't give a bar, but rarely the bar will load and then crash). I try WinEQ32 or whatever but it doesn't seem to do anything.
The problem is that this is a hard crash. The laptop seizes up so bad I can't Tab into anything else, close the EQ client, or do anything without a cold boot (holding Power until the device shuts off, then starting it again). It's a royal pain. I do know that I'm running it through the .bat file, if that means anything.
