Default Persistent Flickering Light Radius

Greetings. Today I caught the attention of GM Ellyss by creating a disco bug in the EC tunnel. I was having fun with my light radius, and accidentally caused myself to continue flickering as if i were changing equipment without doing so... this video contains a brief inventory check and the resulting flickering effect. Other players can definitely see it.

things we tested:
1. it wasn't just in my iksar illusion, the bug can be replicated in natural erudite form.
2. if i swapped items slowly, the effect would not occur. I had to swap things quite fast to replicate the flickering.
3. Once flickering begins, changing items does not reset the bug, whether i equip items slowly or quickly.

Please let me know if there's anything I can do to make this a more complete bug report! As fun as discos are, I don't want anyone to get their epilepsy triggered.

update: merely unequipping and equipping the stein of moggok rapidly causes the flicker to occur and persist.

I doubt this can be fixed easily, this is a client issue and happened on live servers as well when you equipped/reequipped too quickly. What makes it worse is that even other players can see this flickering in most cases.
