I haven't seen anything besides the EQlizer spell list. It didn't have Breeze listed in the spell list until October-ish of the same year. I tried to check Alla and Castersrealm but they don't go back that far. Whether that is proof that Breeze wasn't included at launch is not something I would commit to, but oh well.

I suppose we should focus our anger at Mindforge, as he unknowingly gave the taskmasters here the lash we're being raped with atm.

I've found a guide detailing the "new" breeze spell at level 16, albeit from August of 2000.

When was Kunark opened on P99?

So is breeze supposed to be in or not. a simple straightforward answer is what is needed at this point since we just had a patch and it is still not in.

People are just left hanging when a dev would end all speculation by just answering clearly. It'd take less than 30 seconds
