lol i think ive seen 2 or 3 tops people with names like safdsfbvxc, out of the hundreds and hundreds having fun. Thats the main draw for me. Even if i liked EQ more, its still gonna be mostly people like you if i decide to play here. On elysium, theres bitter angry trolls, but theyre dissolved in a larger mass of cools and normals.

Some redditor hacked the gold selling sites and got a shitload of people banned. The list was over 1k of accounts. It's still probably better than the mass amount of people selling AFK PL in The Deep or Krono farmers since they are openly traded.

By mass amount of people it's maybe max of 20 people and most of them are together and nowhere near the kind of RMT operation going on these servers.

not surprised @ gold site being hacked, Yantis back in the day had like 70 diff Gold selling sites and most of them sold for other games too like FF and EQ. one admin login got you access to em all. They had a interesting way of how to evaluate a buyer using a point based system to determine if potential theft or fraud was going to be used.

Anyway I was second on my server to get fastest epic mount in classic WoW because I kept sending myself free gold. By the middle of BC i was richest person on server, never got hit with a single ban. Best part is those gold sites back then and probably STILL now all they did was have an invoice box. and 99% of the time it required a phone call and you had to say "yes i am XXXX ordering XXX" and hang up. on that invoice was a box you simply checked that phone call was made and confirmed. boom and order was sent within 10 minutes.

played elysium pvp login server screen the past day and it was a blast, i got to 11 100 queue, get on my level

Login queue isn't bad at all, from 10pm EST to like 11am EST theres zero queue, at most a 1.5k so far.
