I'm always happy to see these sorts of threads pop up. I hope Nilbog and co are able to take some well-deserved time off after the release and subsequent bug fixes! Keep up the great work guys.

I feel I should contribute and also say my thanks to the devs. Every day they work on this server without getting paid one cent, a server so fun that nearly all of us I'm sure would pay to play it if verant had made it first. While many have tried to develop a classic server, no one has succeeded like nilbog and co. have. I hope we'll eventually see the day when you write your last "fixed, pending update" and get to enjoy the server with the rest of us.

Agreed! Thank you for all of your work.. I would like to remind everyone who plays on the server regularly to contribute what you can in order to ensure that we have the best game play experiences possible (pays for hardware, colocation, etc)! I pay what I would normally pay for such a subscription elsewhere each month. We have two accounts in my house and so I pay accordingly.

I'm curious, what have you guys learned in doing this? How has it benefited you? Has working on this first expansion taught you anything valuable that you can use when you start to work on Velious? Is it still fun to reverse engineer and develop this game? I hope so! | ||
