sounds like a ISP issue to me ... happens

On the phone with tech support been put on hold 4 times each time being bumped up to a higher level.

This is unquestionably an ISP issue. I have U-verse. I had all the issues described here and in the server chat thread.

But then I used VPN to get out. Now I'm fine.

Been trying for hours to solve this. Trying everything i could think of. But VPN did the trick...and works fine untill AT&T gets their shit straight. Thanks for post
