If someone gets banned for whatever the reason (usually they are being fucking dumb), it is their own fault. Sometimes, on a very rare occasion, we get someone on accident or we assume they are more involved in something then what they really are, in which case they PETITION through the correct channels (FORUMS, pming me in game about being suspended pisses me off) and they maturely explain what is going on and being honest, we'll fix it.

Every ban we do has a reason behind it which all members on the staff are made aware of. We simply don't ban someone for the fun of it because nilbog would murder us if we did, and not to mention the fact that we want this community to thrive, not shrivel.

I do not like the system of punishment used by the staff. I do not like the lack of information once you have been banned. I Was Never talk to me because I was banned or the duration of my punishment. I know this server is free But I am a person not a bot and I ask for respect especially when I am innocent.

I will agree with you there, I feel that the person being banned should be told how long it is and what for...but at the same time, 95% of the people we ban KNOW what they were doing. For us to have to explain it to them degrades it.

However, every person i suspend or ban can simply pm me on the forums and ask / apologize. If i did it, I will tell them how long and talk to them, if i didnt then i won't.

At least I did not make a donation before being suspended. Not even know if there is a difference between being suspended or banned. There is not information anywhere.

A while ago i was banned from server while trying to test if /ran command worked, i guess.

Even if I am guilty, I deserve an explanation and not treated me like shit.

Not only have lost my donations, but donations of at least 15 players, some of them were already playing for the last few days. They were stunned because of my suspension and could not believe it. I was in the wrong place at the wrong time. That's all.

Donations don't go to us. They pay for the server you play on. If you hoped to upset us with that threat, the only ones with a reason to be upset are the players who are paying for the upkeep, that a spammer didnt get a response in less than 12 hours and as a result of that, has decided to freeload because he isn't getting enough attention.
