The 2nd part is more of a question. It's a fact that P99 is a not for profit group. But I don't know what applies to them legally speaking.

Fueled with unholy zeal for their lord Dependence and rampant lust of our enviable wit and figures, they laid siege to our fair City. And one by one they were repelled, lost to the effective use of misdirection and righteous ridicule, cast into the labyrinth of cryptic correspondence for the light that guides our people is unknown to them.

The threat came not from without though. It came from within. In the shadow of our Great Wall, nestled near the crevice of its thick base festered resentment. Infiltrators and subverters, haters of art, they beseeched their lord that our lands might know the stale air of mundane.

One month and some days since our dear Brother's vision and inception of the Great Wall, through the shattered panes and sticky stains of tragedy the desolation of our homeland whispers to us from its open grave. Never Forget.
