Otherwise you're occupying a slot in a rotation you're not capable of doing in a timely manner delaying everyone else's turn in the rotation. There is a reason those 24 hour and team up rules are in place. Trying to bypass them isn't going to be very agreeable to the other guilds who adhere to them. Especially when even if you follow them, and take an FFA spawn (although in a dickish way) you're still met with QQ.

I'm gone from the server. I just exist on the forums to continue pursuing classic EQ in the bug forums, push for real raid content in the form of Luclin and PoP, and apparently to comment on how dumb this servers raid scene is.

I was 3-boxing Velketor's the other day. Got some solid exp. Before that I spent a little bit figuring out a strategy to 3-box Keldor in Kael. Was some good fun. Especially when your charmable dog pet wields weapons. Also I did some grouping in Paludal Caverns on a Druid. Man was it boring but also hilarious to see how OP people are at that level with Fungi tunics. The dynamics are really weird with groups too, you just invite everyone because there's no penalty to do so. I think we had War, Ranger, Beast x3, Druid for a solid part of the night. I even saved a Beastlord from purple club at one point! Sometimes you just need to re-immerse yourself by rerolling on a different server with a different culture/rule set and figure things out again. It's fun.

Just think when you are playing golf, and the group of 4 in front of you who suck at golf are taking waaaaaay to long to play the course. And will not let people who have the skill to play on that course play through. That's what is happening with ring wars.
