No idea what you are talking about. didn't see any opinions (even Null's post was mostly facts)

I commented on the failure of Crowfall to become a tangible thing before Camelot (which is a FACT, not an opinion, you fucking disabled drooling mongoloid). Only a fucking retard can't separate fact from opinion.

And that's after all that shit you and your nerd buddies talked on one of my forums.

See yourself out. next.
What bothers you about Crowfall?

For me it's the store and their dodgy comments about what's going to be in it. It seems like they're trying to monetize guilds, which would be ok if it was just cosmetics, or if the prices where reasonable. Instead they're asking for $7000 for a guild stronghold described as, "These premium Strongholds are for the wealthiest of kingdoms and can support guilds (or vassals) numbering from the dozens to the hundreds". I am not sure how I feel about that.

Camelot seems like it might be a lot of fun, they sound as jaded as most of us are about the way MMO's went after eq.

Pantheon always seemed like some unattainable ideal rather than an actual "thing".

I, as well as many others I'm sure, are just desperate for a new quality-world beginner's experience.

Will probably actually read thread now... peace.

Hippo dropping it. If I wanted opinions on a game I wouldn't ask some nobody elf sim player who doesn't even play elf simulators, but instead raids on WoW. Yawn, pass

Ill hit on this a little bit later. I don't think we need to rehash the old reddit arguments so I'll be keeping it short and sweet.

Im pretty sure how i feel about that. I really feel like this sort of thing is similar to a rotten apple in a bag thats spreading mold to the other ones. All these beancounter fucks who barely touched a game in their lives having too much of a say in monetization schemes getting bad ideas watching shit like this. Im still hoping a dedicated team like the one that created Doom in a garage in 1991 or something can come out of left field and do something amazing but im not holding my breath anymore.

Also the consolization of gaming is a real problem, it really affects game design when you design an RPG for both platforms. Inevitable dumbing down is going to happen.

Guild Wars 2 sucks.

Guild Wars 1 is much superior.

All I got from Azzar's novel on mmos is that he is probably Syft and his favorite purse designer is Marc Jacobs.
