Game Mechanics: Certain recipes broken (patch day)

steel boning also not working - small brick of ore + a file + a water flask reads:

"You cannot combine these items in this container type!"

can't speak for all of them but LQ bear for padding and LQ wolf for poison vial are both working

Tested this morning and confirmed as WORKING:

Skinning from MQ cat to LQ cat
LQ cat, LQ wolf, LQ bear combine with silk thread to make leather padding

Inky Shadow Silk still doesn't work. Error: "These items can't be combined in this container"

Yield: Small Brick of Velium x2
In Forge:
1 x Smithing Chisel - Bought
1 x Large Brick of Velium - Crafted, Dropped


Is this combine broken? Getting the "can't be combined in this container" message. Going from Blocks to Large Bricks worked, but can't do Large to Small Bricks.
