Game Mechanics: Certain recipes broken (patch day)

I can confirm that the Large Shadow Silk combine does not work either.

Combined Small Piece of Ore + Dagger Mold + Water to make a Small Brick of Ore or a Sheet Metal...can't remember which b/c another invalid combine created the other.
Combined my skinning knife and silk thread to make a silk bandage. Tried this after I couldn't combine a silk thread with LQ pelt to make Leather Padding.
Skinning Knife recipe is broken (and thus I cannot replace the one I lost).

Rough night...

It almost seems like the 2nd thing placed into a container is being treated as if it is the same as the first thing in the container.

2 small pieces of ore + water = metal bits (x2)

Sounds like one tough silk bandage if you used a whole skinning knife for it!

I'm unable to combine Dagger Blade Mold, Hilt Mold, Small Brick of Ore, Water flask in the forge to make a Skinning Knife.

It's my first time making one, just wondering if I have bad luck with the patch, or if I'm doing something wrong, lol.

It's a bug. I was unable to make one as well, but I have made one in the past.

I'm really impatient because right before it all broke I was gearing up to make some armor, raising blacksmithing, tailoring and brewing and have about 4-5 chars unable to walk properly from being overweight, all with bank full. Can't really play until the patch happens.
