I need some clarification of being "on the list"

There are no lists, there is only 'next'. When a player arrives at a camp, they may ask who is next on the list. The player holding he camp must then supply the name of the next person on the list. If the camp holder does not supply a name, then the arriving player may ask to be next and they will be next, provided they are there when the current camp holder departs. If the camp holder did however declare who is next, then that person must arrive within a reasonable amount of time of the camp holder departing. The amount of time is unspecified and at the discretion of server staff.

If you are holding a camp and do not wish to maintain a list, you are not obligated to. You may depart the camp at any time and it will become FFA.

Don't see why not, though it wouldn't last long because when asked, the camp holder must say who is next, or it becomes FFA and I'm sure most players would not care to wait for the conclusion of the auction. Game would be annoyed by any related petition and it would be up to the win see to try and defend the camp they paid for, so it would be unwise to purchase any such auction.

However, give. A sufficiently long camp, auctioning third place when you were next could work since naming a successor is not required of a successor.

Yeah its trash, but remember this is a recreation of Nilbogs(and Rogeans) EQ experience. It hasn't translated well for a lot of people from some different servers, as every server was a little different. In conclusion don't come here expecting to re-live what you did back in the day as chances are it will be just different enough to make it a pain in the ass. Unless, of course, you were on the owners servers on Live.

I've been trying to camp one of those Goblin Invis Rings in LoIO and Shralock Packs/Brass Idols in Highpass... if there's someone there you ask them if they'll be long and if there's someone "next" if so then just move on to something else... an alt... go xp your main... camp something else...

I mean we've got what 1500 players max at peak, there are literally hundreds of things that you can do if whatever camp you stroll into is camped.

It's just pixels folks.. if there are some neckbeards who want to camp AC 24/7 for some self-masturbatory benefit of rubbing the plat pixels on their nipples after you buy the MQ from them... then let em have it... it's the only joy they have in life

Player maintained lists are not enforced by the CSR staff. Standard camp rules apply, which are located here.
