He doesn't.. but what does it matter if he can see programmatically how something works?

Furthermore, this isn't a business. He is not a paid employee. He volunteers time to make this game better for everyone.. *if* there is some small situation where he may know, say.. the chances of something spawning or dropping.. so what? He still needs to camp the mob for his chances just like everyone else.

Same goes for any dev of EQLive who ARE paid employees that chose to play their own game.

I'd think removing all ambiguity from encounters, mechanics, and such would be of some sort of benefit.
