I'd be fine with paying $10 a month for P99 if I still played it. If they justified the cost with more staff for CSR and perhaps did something to fix the abortion of a raiding system. Totally worth $10 a month even if you only play an hour or two a night that's still ~50 hours a month of entertainment for 10 bucks and if we're being honest many of us play MUCH more than that.

I just want enforcement, or I want it dropped. Its fucking stupid to have rules that are just implied.

Personally I know there isnt a way to really enforce this. People joke about using their cellphones or a VPN instead of an IP Exemption, since that almost flags you for observation.

So why even have it as a rule? To stop the server from being perma camped 24/7 like it is already?

Works great as in never enforced aside from random 30 days suspensions when someone makes an effort to spend hours stalking them? That isn't much of a rule. Its more of an convenience for the people who know they cant be caught abusing it.
