Just proxies should always agree up front to the minimum number of mobs you want exp from before you pay the full price. Say "if its only such and such number I'll pay 1k and below that number i'll pay nothing."...everyone present should be in agreement on minimum pull size to advance the @....if it advances and you didn't get exp...well at least you didn't pay
