Oh I meant she was on the phone the entire time i tried to talk to her after the crash. She called her husband who showed up very quick. We have alot of paperwork here thats to be done "right after", i wanted to do it the next day but they just threatened with calling police.

lol in my area all you get is an apology and a "fuck off" from the police.

I have been struck pretty hard before and called the police because she wasn't compliant. They were beyond disinterested and wanted to drop the call.

When the cop showed up in the parking lot (after I really pushed hard to get an officer on the scene), I smartly pulled out and just drove right past him, making my triumphant exit for 1) taking too long to respond and 2) the dispatcher being a fucking prick about it.

Whichever (I understand its the 911 dispatcher's disposition, not the police themselves), I know I will not be calling the police if anything happens like that again.

It was a defining moment. It has also effected my views on law enforcement and laws as a whole. As you get older and collect more first-hand experience, you realize a lot of different things.

I've also been through a gang assault incident in college and other stuff. Its interesting how the system works versus how the system actually works and how you are treated depends entirely on 1) your appearance 2) your background 3) your voice 4) your speaking rhythm etc etc. general vanity/age/sex and so forth.

Jarring. Everything is evaluated based on presentation. Nothing has to do with "are you a US citizen", are you a tax payer, or any of those things. Its all about the worldly tangible stuff.
