Your wife filled out an exemption in 2014 to which she never replied back when asked for certain information. It was then moved to resolved after over a month of inactivity. Your new request, which she posted a few days ago, is also missing required information.

Please have her respond back so I'm able to process the request.

Just a reminder for those looking for an exemption;

Apparently not. At least not in the right format. Re-read the post. When I did mine I copied theirs. It was something like this.

I'm requesting an IP exemption for my wife.

MyAccount41 - John Doe - myself
HerAccount36 - Jane Doe - my wife

If it wasn't in that format then do what the guide said and make a new post....
