Just used this on the new laptop (thanks)

Helm transparency patch threw up an error message....

Does this include "classic spell particles" and "make EQ look significantly better graphically"?

I can say that the classic spell particles are now part of every p99 patch, no additional files from other sources are necessary

Looks like a fair number of people want more than 1 horizontal hotbar. Luckily for us, one Savok created sets of up to 4 horizontal or vertical hotbars, available here:

Receive the following error on option 7 for higher quality sounds.

sn2pfs: This file contains invalid data. (error 21FC) and won't let me complete. Rest of options work.

Is there any special instructions for someone who is using a Mac with the Wine setup?

I am trying to download the standalone DUXA UI, and it was a .rar file. My mac no comprende.

Also, if i'm downloading the high res stadnalone files, where do i drop them into?

thanks, and sorry for being so darn confused haha

I downloaded the UI and when I try to unzip them into my UI folder I get the following error, "Extracting to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Sony\eqp99\uifiles\DuxaUI_Standalone (1)\"
Use Path: yes Overlay Files: no
Irrecoverable Error: File creation error."

I'm not a computer expert or techie, so not sure what I'm doing wrong or what the problem is. I really like this UI and would like to have it but not sure what to do now to get it. Any suggestions?

You can unrar files using unrarx for MacOS.

Make sure your UI folder has no spaces in it. IE 'DuxaUI' is fine but 'Duxa UI' is not.
