I'm bad, and I play League, DoTA, and HoTS.
Though I think the one thing DoTA has over League IMO. Killing heroes/champs. In League, unless it's first blood; as long as you are better at last hitting, freezing at tower etc. You can feed and still be on par with your lane. If you do that in DoTA you lose. Because not only do they get a lot of gold. You lose most of yours. Especially if you are on a killing spree. You're going to lose like 300-600 gold. So last hitting/denying in DoTA; while important, is not as important as going ham, and getting kills or denying kills.

False. Feeding = they get more CS while you're dead which means they get farther ahead in the lane especially mid to late game when turrets are being pushed.

Last hitting minions isn't easy to keep up on as you dodge skill shots and have enemy cooldowns/ teammate cooldowns to rely on as you do. Pretty big skill difference.

Haven't played DotA 2 myself yet, but i do know those differences.

Often I see a team down by 5-10 kills, but the total gold for each team is roughly the same. Sometimes the team that's down in kills will even be higher. Due to getting objectives and having better overall CS.
That being said. Even if your team is down in objectives, kills, and farm. In League it's much easier to make a comeback due to the freeze/turtle and farm. Which has happened a lot in competitive play. It's ridiculously hard to do that in DoTA. Because if they are stomping your shit out. You aren't getting gold; because you lose it when you die.

1) How stoned am I?
2) Am I on tilt?

i am pretty bad at dota2, i have tried getting into it with chip, i enjoy the game but its hard to stay immersed. I'd give it another try if anyone wanted to play. im a pretty basic bitch tho.
