A 60 mage pet can pretty much solo this. I've also has success with a 57 monk tanking it. Didn't even need any heals.

An Advisor has popped! Anyone still able to help? A high level tank minimum is what we would need, another dps would be good too.

Bard can solo it. If you have any bards nearby, just have them kite Blackdire and dot.
