UNBIASED LIST some of them were hard to narrow to 1
( factors being put into place, ability to stick and joust + awareness + game knowledge and ability to take charge when needed

Warrior: Engelburt
Paladin: Willan defensively, Brickhouse offensively
Shadow Knight: Tough one between Mirkuls and Drybone
Monk: Nizzar
Ranger: Tough one, I mean all they have to do is press 2 buttons, Klepto or Riding?
Rogue: Spectre(ender) Gaping or Me
Magician: Not really any worth nothing..Sickpuppy I guess? lol
Necromancer: Grixus
Wizard: How much skill does a wizard actually take? spoiler: none, Going with Thrilla though
Bard: Tune, Lite
Enchanter: Strut or Kecleon
Cleric: Batlle or Terp
Druid: Bokke/Kammbo
Shaman: Ogrok
