empire got into tov early on, no one was ready to sack their valuable time at that point as velious was brand new, they did all the trial and error pvp free more or less, also they had a well oiled machine coming into velious with the past 10 months of uncontested kunark pve under their belt, everyone knew each other and it was smooth...

tempest cannot really expect the same smooth ride as they formed 2 weeks ago and there's now a ton of bored people camped out in tov ready to fuck your CR if you make 1 mistake to a pve encounter you've never done, expect a rough trial and error period boys

this. exactly this. tempest was formed literally overnight it was the top guild, nothing is/was setup, and we are still shaking things out.
