Same problem here, looks like server population is dropping also, I'm sure multiple people with this problem.

Yeah its as simple as not logging out.

Got in. Logged off and now when I tried to log into the server I get the message. Rebooted both times, once it worked the second time it didn't.

I doubt that has anything to do with it. I logged out normally last night and now can't log in either.
