Bard Epic? Realistic or pipe dream?

It's attainable quickly, if you have plat to buy the scales (~200k for White, ~30k for Red). Otherwise you'd need to join a guild that kills Vox/Gorenaire for the White and Nagafen/Talendor/Nortlav for the Red.

Even the more casual raiding guilds kill those targets, but they might have a line of bards waiting for them.

P99 has a TON of raid guilds, more than any classic server. Even though Velious is out, Epic targets and epic quest items are still hotly contested because the hardcore guilds pretty much had a monopoly on epics gained from Raid mobs until 8 months ago.

WTB another blue server. In part because I think it'll be good for the raid scene but also to see if there are enough neckbeards who are up for the challenge of raiding on two servers at once.

I'm in a top raid guild and the white scale is even a pipe dream for myself at this point unless i shovel out the plat for it.

The White Scale is absolutely horrible no matter what guild you are in at this point. With Trak Guts now much easier to get the White scale is now in much higher demand and has become more of a bottleneck than the guts ever were.

Start saving up your plat.
