![]() Burnt 1100 calories at the gym just now, was a good session.
Running: 515 (30 minutes @ 12.4km/h), pissed that I didn't make it to 35 mins. Cycling: 250 (30 minutes, intervals, level 4) Cross trainer: 285 Walking to finish: 50 Also, had my first ranked game of LoL in season 6 and won it. Ended up as support Nautilus at the ADCs request (he wanted Blitzcrank but I'm no fan) and it was a fun game. Better as Nami/Sona but seems the tanky supports are popular if people aren't playing Thresh. [You must be logged in to view images. Running (not on a treadmill) nets about 100 calories per mile. Did you run 5.5 miles in 30 minutes? That's like averaging 11mph or running a sub 6 minute mile for (5.5 consecutive miles)
