Pretty amazing what zyzz achieved given his genetics. Without sauce he had no chance to make any meaningful gains. He couldn't even build a good foundation.

Usually what happens when someone who looks like shit juices up, they still look like shit. Rare that someone responds to the sauce that well. Guy probably didn't realize how blessed he was.

genes dont mean jack shit
it certainly helps and makes it easier for some people
but ive seen plenty of people turn their body around and get shredded with alot of work and dieting
