The biggest thing to overcome for a new guild is to learn that you will be trained every single day and you just have to find a way to adapt. I'm glad to hear that you guys are doing just that.

yea, dkp is going lol. its so very clear where an item is going when a player has more dkp then another, and the others want to spend dkp on various multiple items whereas I am well geared from empire and can afford to spend dkp on a higher value item.

thats how dkp works!

Basically if you have no Job and can raid p99 like when you lived with mom at 14 you get loot.
