he joind the guild at velious launch and already gotten his AON, he leapfrogged alot of members on the AON list

he has a Sleepers key on his cleric, he reluctantly raids on it every night because we always need clerics, he is now the face of Empire Clerics and a great leader of men amongst the guild

Yep, there's a lot of that on this server. The people who can't PvP join the zerg and hide in large groups, then plug at the first sign of danger. But that's how the server is because of rules protecting the zerg.

The worse someone's gear is, the better they probably are at the game. Go figure.
