Think Kags was pointing out the disparate government response between violent black protesters and non-violent (albeit armed) white protesters. Seems government is inclined to weather the storm when it's blacks, but flex its muscle when it comes to whites.
It demonstrates government racism against blacks, by holding them to lower standards/expectations. Pretty messed up tbh.
