Look, it's really simple. When you are on someones website, using their server, playing their game etc whatever, it's as good as being a guest in their house. No special rights, no freedom of speech, no real first amendment unless it's allowed (and these guys are good about that). This guy spamming has serious problems, he doesn't respect what I just pointed out here, not one bit, but anguishes the community for his own enjoyment. There is just no excuse, no defense, and if it's ok - and obviously it is, just send the guy back to his newbie bind point. At some point he'll get the message and go play toon town or my little pony online or something. Not hard to get. No corrilations to some real life situations that armchair poster have no idea about first hand. Just end 'em.
