I can see a lot of effort went into OP. Presumably because rustled or nothing better to do with their time, which is unfortunate because whatever assumptions/rankings you assigned are pretty bad. I didn't take the time to look at anyone elses rank but my own but I placed as a Mid Level Monarchist, with 1200-1300 raids to be fully geared.

I agree - certain classes don't need as much raid loot to be fully geared. The number of raids assumes it takes 20 BIS (10 Value) items to be fully geared. Obviously this would vary by class and multiple upgrades. Any suggestions for for changes are welcome.
