I'd bet if empire closed recruitment and some people started trying legitimately to be a second option and contest that the server would see an increase in players. Unfortunately this servers community has it out pretty hard to kill itself.

one of the only draws to this server is that it has a less retarded raid scene than blue

closing recruitment would not only remove that appeal, but it would also be guild suicide

raid at empire hours, or pretty much don't raid

it simply isn't possible to contest empire on non-us hours, because there is no population to do so

why the pop is low doesn't matter at this point, nor would variance

CT, telk, gozz, sont, klandi, zlandi, ikaitar, velk, talendor, gore, vs, are up. Statue and tormax were up for 24 hours, eashen was up for 48. Probably other stuff up too.
