For me, I'll be busy Christmas Eve and Day, so if there was Double XP, I couldn't take advantage of it. But other days around those 2 I could.

EDIT:

Most of BDA will be on and getting big kills like Phinny and Reavers.

I'd rather prefer no bonus experience. This isn't a "omgrushtoendgametoraidcuzthatsallthatmattersright " game. Classic EQ never was. If you want instant gratification then you should look for modern MMOs.

We threw together an event but we were told something was already in the works for Christmas. So I'm sure something will happen.
