Its interesting to me that people that are ONLINE continue to get banned without a word from GMs (this happened to redwjamz 2x now).

Why not be an adult and send him a tell and give him a chance to plead his case before pulling the trigger? Even if he's certain to be guilty, is it that hard to say "hey pal, you screwed up - you're banned, have a nice day". instead they get disconnected without a word.

Seems pretty fucked up from a customer service perspective from the "CSR" team.
Sikorsky, so glad you practiced this as a forum mod. I'm sure all the guys you banned got a polite PM prior.

LOL, nice coming from you.

Actually, I sent quite a few PMs, Braknar. Also, they always got a note from me informing them about why they were banned, and who banned them (because I had the balls to tell them who banned them). But hey, fuck you too [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
Hey, actual CSR work, I'm impressed... When I played, even before Braknar who bans first investigates later, Mr. "I saw some drop trades and they looked shady" ban you, then an hour later "I see here in the logs they gave you account info", the best CSR I got was from Eunomia, who was very attentive, quick responding, etc.

This time, maybe they could have.

The last time though, he was part of a pretty big ban wave right? That's a lot of tells to send.

How about like every other game in existence (for the most part) when something is reported or a GM takes action on your account you receive an email to the registered email address. That's just too logical, post a thread here and we'll give you the cookie cutter copy/paste send us screenshots, logs, and any other pertinent information to prove your innocence.

You should have probably taken your own advice. Instead of wrongfully banning people from using their forum accounts when they didn't break any rules. Idiot.
