And yes Necros are pretty good in pvp there are a lot of newbs in their guild robes out there with no resists and no poison cure pots, u could do well if you pick the right levels and spots to fight in.

I've gotten WREKT in CoM on multiple occasions even with gear and pots, some zones DMF > then all.

necro is not the most powerful PVP class tbh but at 49 you can drop ebolts on people pretty well.

and they are pretty much the easiest farm class to roll and so youll be able to gear your main that you end up re-rolling well.

If you want to go for pvp rogue/monk/druid/wizard/ranger are some good classes to think about.

Farming is mage/enc/necro/shaman

maybe im leaving some classes out but w/e

I was doing shaman first and all my pals were telling me to reroll monk or rogue and I told em nah.. but I shoulda listened!

Something you don't understand or choose not to accept is the fact that the griefers and twinks your so worried about don't relevel. So with the xp bonus if your in range more than a day or 2 then your doing it wrong. They also don't travel normally unless you piss them off so if they are in Unrest you go elsewhere. It is the same with MM or SolB or whatever.

You have to deal with them each time you level a new toon but you level so much faster than you do on blue fighting for mobs.

Pretty much this. MM/unrest have been the gank hotspots in my short experience on red so far. Stay away if it really scares you that much, but a good group in MM can crush 20-30 in a few hours, so even if you were hit a few times you're in the clear soon.

if someone's really worried about twinks killing them, roll an iksar. their starting zones are great 1-25+ and i promise you will never see a pvp twink the entire time! by the time you're level 30, you're pretty much safe until you're in range of level 60 if you don't hang out in planes/sebilis.
