218 raids / 61 days = 3.57377 raids per day.

If we are generous and say that each raid only took 1 hour that would be 17.5 (70%) to 25 (100%) hours a week spent raiding for enough raid attendance to guarantee you'd get the pixels you want in a timely fashion.

the comparison isn't exactly fair considering nihilum existed during kunark, where high raid attendance forced you to regularly raid at non-primetime hours

with velious, our only raids that are recorded for attendance occur between 7 and 11 PM EST on mondays through thursdays

tl;dr it's much easier to get over 70% RA in empire than it was in nihilum

You guys blew nihilum out of the water in kunark era raid attendance. They didnt even do ragefire nexona or hoshkar all the time, nor did they have 80 people participating. Shit, xygoz and druushk and silverwinng often stayed up for days..

Having a hard time following. Checkraise knows raiding...Empires raid devotion is unprecedented. Dont shy away, if your gonna do something be the best at it...or at least do it the most, since blue are the better raiders.

four years of playing the 17 year old elf game and your diet of soylent has left your body weak and frail, you realize as you struggle to slam the screen of your alienware™ 18 mobile gaming rig. the hollow echo of scissor-switches echo through your empty, unkempt bedroom foreshadowing the broken silence as you mutter to yourself "the comparison isn't exactly fair considering nihilum existed during kunark, where high raid attendance forced you to regularly raid at non-primetime hours"

Based on my calculations you would need 6.254098360655738 hours each day for the four days to down all the mobs. Not thinking about leaving anything up are you?

we leave well over a dozen mobs up every single day

we're well aware of what it would take to kill every single mob every single week; we're not interested in deviating from the casual schedule we currently have

we frequently left mobs like nagafen, vox, draco, ragefire, etc. up

nizzar would have still kept those mobs on lockdown at 3 AM well into velious and you know it
