Well technically, you camped out at 50, which if no other guild engaged, he'd have regenned back to full. You can't know for certain you'd have killed him from 100% hence...can't be called legit.

Neither AoW kill on this server so far has been clean. Obvious fact!

It was fun as hell to watch though.

Which guild gets to put this in their guild recruitment thread and say it was "their" kill and the other two guilds just "helped"?
